Your purchase will be protected by our limited lifetime warranty. If your product is defective please email [email protected] for assistance.

Broken lids and drinkware that has lost its insulating properties are covered but general wear and tear like dents and scratches are not.

Simple Modern will ship products to Canada, but these orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total.

Other international locations are not supported at this time.

Simple Modern takes product safety, quality and regulatory compliance very seriously, and we make sure our products meet or exceed industry safety standards and regulations.

Our products’ accessible components are made without BPA, regulated phthalates, lead or cadmium. We make sure our products meet all U.S. regulatory requirements, and Simple Modern tests products through independent, properly accredited testing labs to ensure this compliance. In addition, we meet the testing standards and independent review and approval of our many distribution and licensing partners.

    My Mother's Day gift to me and it's Beautiful

    Slmple is my only go to any more, I'm having surgery and what a Blessing to know you have the 24/28 Oz. Tumblers as I can't lift heavy objects for 12/ ? Weeks. So Thanks Slmple for being my go to. Now please add a handle to a 18/20 Oz coffee cup, I need it and I have ice coffee so with my fufu sugar free creamer. Thank you
