The product is good, very good. What was great was the customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong size at first. Completely my fault, I should have checked the ounces on my daughter‘s cup. When I inquired about returning, via email, because I didn’t see how on the website, I got a response the next day and everybody was very helpful. The correct size was sent to me immediately. It arrived, fit my daughter’s cup perfectly, and came with an extra straw! I’m glad because her trek Tumblr is her favorite. And it’s my favorite because it doesn’t spill 😊

Somehow, I have a propensity for losing lids, which is very inconvenient (I did it with my Stanley cup, and then with my Simple Modern cup, which I like much more and is much better priced). I appreciate the fact that the company makes it easy and reasonably priced to replace the lid.
