Broken lids and drinkware that has lost its insulating properties are covered but general wear and tear like dents and scratches are not.

Standard shipping orders average 4-8 business days from the time of shipment in the contiguous US.

Simple Modern will ship products to Canada, but these orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total.

Other international locations are not supported at this time.

Simple Modern takes product safety, quality and regulatory compliance very seriously, and we make sure our products meet or exceed industry safety standards and regulations.

Our products’ accessible components are made without BPA, regulated phthalates, lead or cadmium. We make sure our products meet all U.S. regulatory requirements, and Simple Modern tests products through independent, properly accredited testing labs to ensure this compliance.     Excellent Customer Service

    Have throughly enjoyed my summit water bottle w/ Straw Lid. But after constant usage the straw developed a very small leak.

    I contacted customer service to enquire about a replacement lid. They were VERY accommodating. After asking for pictures, they informed me that it was covered under warranty. A new unit was sent Immediately.

    I'm a customer for life. Great product, great customer service. What more can a customer desire.
