Your purchase will be protected by our limited lifetime warranty. If your product is defective please email [email protected] for assistance.

Broken lids and drinkware that has lost its insulating properties are covered but general wear and tear like dents and scratches are not.

Standard shipping orders average 4-8 business days from the time of shipment in the contiguous US.

Simple Modern will ship products to Canada, but these orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total.

Other international locations are not supported at this time.

Simple Modern takes product safety, quality and regulatory compliance very seriously, and we make sure our products meet or exceed industry safety standards and regulations.

Our products’ accessible components are made without BPA, regulated phthalates, lead or cadmium.     I’ve bought three

    I love mine. I bought my first when they had just dropped and (no pun intended) dropped it so many times at work I had to replace it. I also bought one for my mother. My only complaint? I wish they came in 20 ounce sizes. I’m a first responder and I drink a LOT of coffee. Otherwise, can’t say enough good things.

    Lid is extremely hard to clean

    The first few months of owning this cup, I thought it was amazing until I started realizing there was a funky smell coming from the lid. I only clean it in the open position. There’s no way to completely take it apart and clean all the nooks and crannies of it and it was starting to harbor mold inside. I loved everything about this cup until I noticed that.
