I have been purchasing only Simple Modern drink ware for many years for several reasons. The most important is the availability of replacement caps. No more wasted travel cups or water bottles because the lid is broken! This fit perfectly into my old travel mug to replace the lid that had worn out. (The inner seal stretched out and would no longer stay inside the ring.) I also like their products for being durable, cute and the fact the company gives back to those in need. Of course, having my drink be the temperature I expect is a nice, too!
The customer service on this replacement lid was awesome. My son-in-law was going to throw the Kona mug away, when the lid broke. I contacted customer service and they were able to find a lid that fits. Thank you for your excellent help.
My cup was leaking when I tried to drink from it. SimpleModern sent me a new cap which solved the problem. Great, fast service. Love the cup.
Investing in the Kona cups was a wise choice. The lids last for an extremely long time. But; when a lid fails, it’s great to know they’ll be replaced quickly.
