Loooooove the SM tumbler. With a giant drawer full of every water bottle imaginable, this is the one I reach for day after day. I have knocked it over on my desk at work, next to my keyboard and a stack of files….no worries! Not a drop spilled. Ice lasts all day. They also have the most amazing customer service and product guarantee. Had an issue with a seal and sent a quick message. A brand new lid with 2 straws arrived at my doorstep within a week. Wow!
The replacement was a pretty good match to my cup even though my exact color is no longer offered. Customer service was amazing!
