General Care Instructions

  • Remove all inserts from your product before use.
  • Wash the bottle or tumbler and lids prior to use. Watch the video or see the section below for cleaning tips.
  • Do not place our products in the microwave or freezer. This could cause damage to your appliances and to your product.
  • Make sure lids are properly screwed on or pressed down before drinking your beverage.
  • If you are using our products with hot beverages, please do not overfill and use caution. Hot beverages can cause injury if spilled.
  • If you are drinking carbonated beverages or if you are drinking hot beverages, please use caution when opening. Pressure will build when there is no room to escape.
  • How do I clean my bottle or tumbler?

Our products should be hand washed after every use. We do not recommend placing our bottles and tumblers in the dishwasher as this could cause exterior damage and discoloration. Lids, straws, and accessories are top rack dishwasher safe.
Soak your bottle or tumbler in warm, soapy water for 10 minutes (soaking for long periods of time could cause damage to your bottle). Then clean all parts of your product and lid thoroughly with the Simple Modern brush. After washing, rinse and set aside to air dry and store your bottle and tumbler separately from its lid.

    Deep Cleaning

To deep clean your bottle or tumbler, mix 1-part cleaning vinegar, 1-part water, and 1 Tbsp. baking soda inside your bottle or tumbler. Let that set overnight. The next day, pour out ¾ of the mixture and add another 1 Tbsp. of baking soda. Scrub thoroughly with the Simple Modern brush, rinse, then set aside to air dry.
