Your purchase will be protected by our limited lifetime warranty. If your product is defective please email [email protected] for assistance.

Broken lids and drinkware that has lost its insulating properties are covered but general wear and tear like dents and scratches are not.

Standard shipping orders average 4-8 business days from the time of shipment in the contiguous US.

Simple Modern will ship products to Canada, but these orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total.

Other international locations are not supported at this time.

Simple Modern takes product safety, quality and regulatory compliance very seriously, and we make sure our products meet or exceed industry safety standards and regulations.

Our products’ accessible components are made without BPA, regulated phthalates, lead or cadmium. We make sure our products meet all U.S. regulatory requirements, and Simple Modern tests products through independent, properly accredited testing labs to ensure this compliance.     It's (almost) Perfect!

    My kids love their cups almost as much as I do. The only small thing that bothers me is if you put ice water in it, the water will start coming out of the straw because of the temperature difference.

    Other than that it is perfect for small humans.

    Trek kids tumbler

    I originally order this tumbler from Amazon and the straw decided to leak. Once I contacted customer service they resolved my issue by sending a replacement cup. Thank you Simple Modern.
