Your purchase will be protected by our limited lifetime warranty. If your product is defective please email [email protected] for assistance.

Broken lids and drinkware that has lost its insulating properties are covered but general wear and tear like dents and scratches are not.

Standard shipping orders average 4-8 business days from the time of shipment in the contiguous US.

Simple Modern will ship products to Canada, but these orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total.

Other international locations are not supported at this time.

Simple Modern takes product safety, quality and regulatory compliance very seriously, and we make sure our products meet or exceed industry safety standards and regulations.

Our products’ accessible components are made without BPA, regulated phthalates, lead or cadmium. We make sure our products meet all U.S. regulatory requirements, and Simple Modern tests products through independent, properly accredited testing labs to ensure this compliance.     We love our Simple Modern Summit bottles for our daughter!

    These are like the 6th or more of these bottles we’ve gotten for our daughter! They hold the perfect amount, they stay cold, they’re leakproof, and they’re durable! We only have so many because we love all the fun patterns and we send a fresh one with our daughter every day. We also love that their dishwasher safe!! These are our favorite bottles!

    Perfect bottle for kids!

    Such a cute design, and so easy to drink from, my one year old can do it with no problem. Drinks stay cold and I love the size-bigger than most cups for kids his age so perfect for longer outings and road trips.

    The lid itself doesn’t leak, but keep in mind that if the straw is up and the cup is tipped over, liquid can flow through the straw and leak out.
