Broken lids and drinkware that has lost its insulating properties are covered but general wear and tear like dents and scratches are not.

Standard shipping orders average 4-8 business days from the time of shipment in the contiguous US.

Simple Modern will ship products to Canada, but these orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total.

Other international locations are not supported at this time.

Simple Modern takes product safety, quality and regulatory compliance very seriously, and we make sure our products meet or exceed industry safety standards and regulations.

Our products’ accessible components are made without BPA, regulated phthalates, lead or cadmium. We make sure our products meet all U.S. regulatory requirements, and Simple Modern tests products through independent, properly accredited testing labs to ensure this compliance. In addition, we meet the testing standards and independent review and approval of our many distribution and licensing partners.

Orders will typically ship in 3-5 business days. Depending on which products you order, products could come separately from different fulfillment centers. Please allow up to an additional 8 business days for personalized orders.
