Here’s how our water bottles are created:

1. Conceptualization 

Our ideas emerge from in-depth research into the market, user preferences, trends, and technological innovation. We also analyze our competitor's products to identify gaps and opportunities. 

2. Design and Prototyping

Based on our product research, we collaborate with designers and engineers to develop designs. In this phase, we decide on the manufacturing details, including shape, size, material, and any special features. 

We create a prototype to test the bottle's functionality and appearance. In this phase, our designers identify design flaws, make the necessary adjustments, and gather feedback from users and stakeholders. Once we are satisfied with the bottle's design, quality, durability, and spill resistance, we develop the molds and tools needed to manufacture our bottles on a large scale.

3. Material Sourcing

The next step is sourcing the raw materials, including plastic, silicone, and steel, needed for production. We work with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and availability. We also conduct tests on the materials to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and company standards.

4. Manufacturing

We manufacture some of our water bottles right here in Oklahoma. After production, each batch of bottles undergoes inspection to ensure consistency and safety.

5. Branding and Packaging

We customize our Simple Modern bottles with our logo. Once the bottles are ready, we package them into retail-ready boxes or bulk packaging, depending on how they will be distributed.

6. Warehousing, Distribution and Delivery

To store, distribute, and deliver the bottles, we utilize a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) service provider, which assists us with: 

• Managing inventory via UPC scanning.
• Fulfilling orders using software integrations.
• Picking the correct products from the warehouse and packing them for shipping.
• Tracking order details and stock levels through real-time inventory reporting.
• Handling shipping logistics and arranging transportation to deliver the bottles to our distribution centers, retailers, or customers.
