What are Simple Modern products made of?

Our products are made from premium gauge, rust resistant, 18/8 stainless steel. It will never rust or leave a bad metal taste in your mouth. Simple Modern products are BPA free.

Can Simple Modern products be used for hot and cold?

Yes, our products are made from high-grade stainless steel with double-walled, vacuum insulation technology that is perfect for keeping your beverages hot or cold for hours.

Will my product sweat or be hot to touch?

No need for koozies or coasters! No matter the temperature of the liquid in our bottles and tumblers, it will never sweat or be hot to the touch.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

We do not recommend that you put our products in the dishwasher. While it won't hurt the internal properties of our products, it could cause damage to the exterior or damage the powder coating. Our lids and accessories are top rack dishwasher safe.

Can I put my product in the microwave or refrigerator?

Never place our products in the microwave as this could cause damage to your product and/or your microwave. We also do not recommend that you place your product in the refrigerator or freezer as this could negatively affect the internal properties of your product.

What if there is something wrong with my product?

Your purchase will be protected by our limited lifetime warranty. If your product is defective please email support@simplemodern.com for assistance.

Broken lids and drinkware that has lost its insulating properties are covered but general wear and tear like dents and scratches are not.

When will my order ship?

Orders will typically ship in 3-5 business days. Depending on which products you order, products could come separately from different fulfillment centers.

How many days should I expect for shipping?

Standard shipping orders average 4-8 business days from the time of shipment in the contiguous US.

Do you ship to international destinations?

Simple Modern will ship products to Canada, but these orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total.

I absolutely love this bottle. Nice handle, keeps my Arizona Tea nice and cold. It's the perfect size to get through to my break. Doesn't leak which is great bc I'm a mega klutz. Nice to know if I forget my bottle in my work closet that it'll still be cold the next morning. Got mine at Walmart so I only have the lid with the straw

Our whole family uses these bottles in various sizes. Very happy with them. Great for keeping water cold all day with no leaks. My favorite lid is the chug lid because I can drink better from it than a straw.
