Our products are made from premium gauge, rust resistant, 18/8 stainless steel. It will never rust or leave a bad metal taste in your mouth. Simple Modern products are BPA free.

Can Simple Modern products be used for hot and cold?

Yes, our products are made from high-grade stainless steel with double-walled, vacuum insulation technology that is perfect for keeping your beverages hot or cold for hours.

Will my product sweat or be hot to touch?

No need for koozies or coasters! No matter the temperature of the liquid in our bottles and tumblers, it will never sweat or be hot to the touch.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

We do not recommend that you put our products in the dishwasher. While it won't hurt the internal properties of our products, it could cause damage to the exterior or damage the powder coating. Our lids and accessories are top rack dishwasher safe.

Can I put my product in the microwave or refrigerator?

Never place our products in the microwave as this could cause damage to your product and/or your microwave. We also do not recommend that you place your product in the refrigerator or freezer as this could negatively affect the internal properties of your product.

What if there is something wrong with my product?

Your purchase will be protected by our limited lifetime warranty. If your product is defective please email support@simplemodern.com for assistance.

Broken lids and drinkware that has lost its insulating properties are covered but general wear and tear like dents and scratches are not.

When will my order ship?

Orders will typically ship in 3-5 business days. Depending on which products you order, products could come separately from different fulfillment centers.

How many days should I expect for shipping?

Standard shipping orders average 4-8 business days from the time of shipment in the contiguous US.

Do you ship to international destinations?

Simple Modern will ship products to Canada, but these orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total.

Other international locations are not supported at this time.

Absolutely. Simple Modern uses only BPA-free and lead-free paint, inks, and powder coating materials on its products and subjects its paints, inks, and powder coatings to independent, third-party testing to verify they are free of BPA, lead, and other toxins.

Leaks and difficult to use

I purchased 2 of these and even had them monogrammed because I read so many great reviews. If the lid is not on super tight then it leaks which is annoying. It's also not a bottle you can throw in your bag or lunch bag because it leaks if it's tipped over.
It's difficult for my son to actually get water from. The bottle has no straw so it has to be tipped at a certain angle and even then there is very little sucking power on these. Frustrating for toddlers

Disappointed

I ordered this cup for my 2 year old son and was very excited about it, but now I’m so disappointed. This cup is poorly made and designed. The silicone insert keeps falling out and then my son says nothing is coming out. It was such a waste of money!

Great water bottle!

I bought 2 water bottle for my girls and they love them. They keep drinks cold for hours and are easy for my kids to carry and drink. The designs are adorable and have been holding up well in the dishwasher.

Faulty lid but keeps stuff cold

I initially loved ours but it seems like the silicone insert is so finicky that most of the time I will get it in right and it will allow you to drink but then sometimes a couple minutes later my daughter says she can’t get anything out anymore and so when I take the lid off the whole silicone insert is removed or not in place anymore. Extremely frustrating!
