What if there is something wrong with my product?
Your purchase will be protected by our limited lifetime warranty. If your product is defective please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Broken lids and drinkware that has lost its insulating properties are covered but general wear and tear like dents and scratches are not.
When will my order ship?
Orders will typically ship in 3-5 business days. Depending on which products you order, products could come separately from different fulfillment centers.
How many days should I expect for shipping?
Standard shipping orders average 4-8 business days from the time of shipment in the contiguous US.
What do I do if I have questions about my product?
Do you ship to international destinations?
Simple Modern does ship outside of the United States, but these orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total.

Does Simple Modern use BPA-free and lead-free paint, ink, and powder coatings on its stainless-steel vessels?
Absolutely. Simple Modern uses only BPA-free and lead-free paint, inks, and powder coating materials on its products and subjects its paints, inks, and powder coatings to independent, third-party testing to verify they are free of BPA, lead, and other toxins.

Their product is good compared to the rest of the market. However buying these replacement straws is one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. They're just regular plastic straws that I could buy from China for three pennies each and I got charged $9 for four of them. There is no qualifier explaining why this should be that expensive perhaps they are made out of carbon captured plastic reducing the effects of climate change. This company could easily make it $9 for 30 of them and still make 50% to 75% profit margins. This company chose a different path to screw over their loyal customers. I have five simply modern products all a little bit overpriced for what they are but they are the best thermostats on the market. I'm going to have to go with a different company but actually respects a customer that already has purchased one of your products instead of preying on people that haven't bought anything yet.
These straws fit more than just the summit bottle. They come longer than you need but there’s a perfect cutting guide to show you where to cut your straw. Snipped mine with scissors with no problem. Love everything I’ve ever received from Simple Modern.
Simple Modern has high-quality products at a reasonable price, and to top it all off, their customer service incredible! I have purchased numerous items for myself already, and intend to do a fair amount of my Christmas shopping through their store—I can hardly wait to share their products with my friends and family
We had a huge emergency when I somehow lost the straw to my daughters favorite cup. I was so happy to find these replacements and even happier that they arrived within a few days.
Simple Modern refused to replace a water bottle that has an odd personalization which will be confusing for my grandson who is just now learning his letters. I reached out but the "customer service rep" insisted that I should have been able to see that I was ordering this odd personalization (obviously I didn't). Apparently the customer isn't always right. The rep had no interest to hear my side of the story. I ordered numerous bottles but this one was a disappointment. I don't think I'll order from SM again merely because of my customer service challenges.
