What are Simple Modern products made of?

Our products are made from premium gauge, rust resistant, 18/8 stainless steel. It will never rust or leave a bad metal taste in your mouth. Simple Modern products are BPA free.

Can Simple Modern products be used for hot and cold?

Yes, our products are made from high-grade stainless steel with double-walled, vacuum insulation technology that is perfect for keeping your beverages hot or cold for hours.

Will my product sweat or be hot to touch?

No need for koozies or coasters! No matter the temperature of the liquid in our bottles and tumblers, it will never sweat or be hot to the touch.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

We do not recommend that you put our products in the dishwasher. While it won't hurt the internal properties of our products, it could cause damage to the exterior or damage the powder coating. Our lids and accessories are top rack dishwasher safe.

Can I put my product in the microwave or refrigerator?

Never place our products in the microwave as this could cause damage to your product and/or your microwave. We also do not recommend that you place your product in the refrigerator or freezer as this could negatively affect the internal properties of your product.

What if there is something wrong with my product?

Your purchase will be protected for 90 days from manufacturer defect. While unlikely, if you experience a manufacturer defect within the first 90 days, please email support@simplemodern.com for assistance.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship out of our warehouse by the next business day at the latest.
