I placed this order and made sure to read the refund policy. This lunchbox was too small for an adult who plans on having more than one snack in a day. I reached out to customer service to begin my return, because you cannot contact them directly. When I was asked for the order number I sent over what was in the email and they told me that there is no way my order number would be the combination of numbers I sent because I had to have a much longer number than what I was giving. I forwarded my email with the confirmation on it, and no one has written back to me. The return policy states that this must be returned within a small window. Unfortunately, at this point, I am way past it because they have not responded to me or have wanted to acknowledge that I am giving them the only order number available. I would not recommend buying from this website.

Smaller and and not the best quality on the inside but the outside seems better. I don’t think I’d buy another one I can get them bigger for the same price elsewhere
Super cute and seems to be well made. However I tried to put a bentgo container in and it barely fits. Only other thing I could get in was a can of pop. Maybe big enough if you only take enough for an 8 hour day. But when taking breakfast and lunch for 12 hours it just isn't big enough.
