Simple Modern Limited Lifetime Warranty
Our Promise
At Simple Modern, we design products to last. Every item is crafted with care, using high-quality materials and safety standards. If something goes wrong because of a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right. That’s our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
What’s Covered
We’ll replace your product if it has a manufacturer defect. Examples include:
- Broken Lids: If your lid leaks (and it’s supposed to be leakproof) or won’t thread on properly.
- Insulation Failure: Fill with ice water and wait about 2 hours. If condensation appears around the middle of the vessel, the insulation has failed. Simply timing how long drinks stay hot or cold is not a reliable test.
- Textile Products (bags, totes, coolers, lunch bags, etc.): Ripped stitching, broken zippers or clips, or detached handles upon arrival. Normal wear after one year is not covered.
- Plastic or Silicone Parts: Warped, unattached, or non-functioning components.
- Shipping Damage: Items that arrive dented, scratched, or damaged. Must be reported before use.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, chips, fading)
- Damage from drops, misuse, improper cleaning, or modifications (engraving, non–Simple Modern parts or accessories, etc.)
- Mold, persistent odors, or taste issues caused by use or storage conditions
- Counterfeit products or purchases from unauthorized sellers
Where It Applies
- Valid for original purchasers in the United States and Canada through authorized resellers.
- Canadian orders over $40 CAD may require customs duties.
- Not available outside the United States and Canada.
Replacement Details
- We will replace your product with the same size and color when available.
- If it is unavailable, you will receive a similar product of equal size and color.
- Special or limited-edition designs may not be replaceable.
Please have the following ready when you submit your claim:
- Proof of purchase
- For simplemodern.com orders: your order number
- For in-store or Amazon orders: a photo of your receipt or a screenshot of your Amazon order details
- Photos or video clearly showing the issue
If applicable, also include:
- Drinkware: a photo of the base (where product details are printed)
- Backpacks/Lunchbags: a photo of the care tag
- Getaway Bag: a photo of the inside writing
